Fascial Restrictions

Simply put, restrictions are areas of holding in our bodies. From the moment we are conceived, our highly innervated and miraculous fascia record detailed sensory memories of everything we experience. If trauma is left unresolved, the restriction remains and the body responds with a compensation. This crutch may work initially and can even be completely undetectable, but over time even the smallest imbalance will cause dis-ease as the body works harder and uses more energy to complete the same tasks.

It is impossible to go through life without experiencing trauma, and therefore inevitable that we all experience restrictions.
